1. Is this official Pretoria Boys High merchandise?
Yes. The Pretoria Boys High Old Boys cap is officially affiliated with Pretoria Boys High School and is endorsed by the PBHSOB Association.

2. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received. Embroidery takes one week after which your product is shipped.

3. What shipping options are available?
We offer the following delivery options:

• Free Pretoria Collection – Collect your order from one of our Pretoria pickup points.
• PUDO Locker Delivery – Delivered to a PUDO locker of your choice.
• Courier Delivery – Nationwide delivery to your door via courier.

4. How do I choose my PUDO locker?
When selecting PUDO delivery, please include the name of your preferred locker location in the order notes during checkout.

5. How long does delivery take?
Courier delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location in South Africa.

6. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

7. Can I return or exchange my cap?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
