Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received. PLEASE ALLOW ONE WEEK FOR EMBROIDERY

Delivery Options

Pretoria Collection (Free)
Customers may collect their order from one of our Pretoria pickup locations. We will contact you via email once your order is ready for collection.

PUDO Locker Delivery – R65
Orders can be delivered to a PUDO locker of your choice. Please enter your preferred locker location during checkout. You will receive a PIN via SMS once your parcel is ready for collection.

Courier Delivery (Door to Door) – R99
Nationwide courier delivery is available via The Courier Guy. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order to avoid delays.
